Shop without worry! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, in the first 30 days after you receive it, you can return it for a full refund. Customers in the U.S. will be sent a free, prepaid return label. For customers outside the U.S., we are not able to offer free return shipping labels at this time.
To begin your return, please contact email@example.com with your order number (if you have it), and let us know which item(s) you’d like to return. (NOTE: Please do not send anything to our facility without reaching out to us first.)
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after we receive it.
Outside of the 30 days? Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org), as we still may be able to resolve any issues you have with your order! Our highest priority is ensuring you are happy with your purchase.
Need to make an exchange? Like many online retailers, we are only able to accept returns and are unable to process exchanges. To replace an item with a new size or style, please place a new order on our website and return your original item. If there is any price discrepancy between your original order and the replacement, we are happy to adjust the charge in order to match the original price. Please let us know by sending in your new order number to email@example.com.
