A. Credit card is being declined while placing your order. Your bank won't let us charge the credit card and there's nothing we can do to fix it. Try using a different credit card or PayPal and everything will work properly
B. I can't login to my account during checkout. If you already have an account with us, you need to login with your password to place an order. Try using the 'Reset Password' link to reset your password or try using a new email address for your order.
C. My order was placed but the status is 'pending verification'. Your order looked suspicious and was flagged. It will be reviewed within one business day.
