Sorry you're having trouble ordering! Here are some common reasons why cards are declined.
You receive the message "Your transaction has been declined because of an AVS Mismatch"
Your transaction was declined because the billing address you entered did not match the file with the card issuer. Please verify that your billing address you entered is correct. If it is correct and you are still having trouble, contact Customer Care.
You receive the message "This transaction has been declined"
If you get a message like this, it means that the transaction was declined by your bank. We wish we could explain why, but they won't tell us. Unfortunately using the same card won't help, so try contacting your bank or credit card company -or- try using a different card.
Also, please note that some banks will temporarily show declined transactions in statements and account activity.
