Can I remove, add, or change items in my order after it’s been placed?

We pack and ship your order pretty quickly, making it difficult to intercept, cancel or change your order.  There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you need to change or cancel an order during regular business hours (9:30am-5pm PST Monday - Friday), e-mail us at and we will try our best to intercept your order. 

We offer FREE return shipping (US only) and should you choose to return an order you placed in error, we will gladly refund the full amount of your order (including shipping).
